潮汐苗床有专用门的上下水口,可以进行根部灌溉,可以进行水肥一体化。潮汐苗床将具有网状盆底的栽培容器(定植4102篮) 置于潮沙灌溉栽培床上;营养液从营养液池以专用循环水泵抽1653出送至栽培床,将栽培床淹没约20-30mm的深度,约10-15min后,营养液因毛细作用而上升至栽培容器中基质的表面,此时将营养液排版出,使其再度流回营养液池中,营养液还可在其它栽培床需水时再抽出。潮汐灌溉和营养液膜灌溉(NFT) 同样具有调整营养液H值和各种养分浓度的设备。但因营养液循环过程中易有作物枝叶、基质等异物落入; 所以权需增加过滤系统,以免营养液过度污浊。

移动苗床适用于温室大棚内养花育苗专用的,床面为普通的钢丝网,浇灌方式采用温室喷灌机,苗床左右可移动三十公分,支脚上下可调节七公分。
